Dr. Sebastian Barnutz, (born ‘75) studied Political Science, International Relations as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods in Cologne, Berlin and Birmingham.
He received a PhD from the University of Warwick analysing the negotiation processes of central actors on the organisation and implementation of the EU security policy.
Sebastian Barnutz worked as Research Associate and Managing Director at the Freie University Berlin guiding and operating processes of modernisation in research, education and fundraising.
He became a Metaplanner in 2011.
